Who is responsible for your data

The controller is John Osorio Luján, operating Contundente BE and Contundente Shop, a business registered in Belgium under enterprise number KBO 1022.644.076. Contact info@contundente.be or +32 496 64 89 44.

What we use and why

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use the details you provide, such as your name, contact information and project requirements, to reply, prepare a proposal and manage any work you commission. This processing is necessary to respond to your request before entering into a contract or to perform our agreement. Providing information is voluntary; we need a way to contact you to respond.

Our hosting service may record technical information, including IP address, date, browser and requested pages, to deliver the website, resolve problems and protect it. This serves our legitimate interest in keeping the service operational and secure.

Services involved

Hostinger provides hosting and email. WhatsApp, Google Maps, social platforms and project websites open only when you choose their links and apply their own privacy policies. Simply visiting this page does not send your enquiry to them.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, protection depends on the safeguards applicable to that service, such as adequacy decisions or contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it to make automated decisions about you.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the project. Once that purpose ends, we delete information we no longer need, subject to legal obligations, contractual records or the defence of claims. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s security and retention periods.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, where applicable, by emailing info@contundente.be. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We respond within GDPR time limits and may request information needed to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Updates

We will update this policy and its date if our services or data handling change. Please also consult our cookie policy.
